Staff events forced to get creative: Chief of Staff report

RESEARCH: Before 2020, the end of year staff get-together was a must-have piece of any employee engagement framework. But social distancing and other lockdown regulations have all but killed this traditionally live format — arguably at the very time it has been most needed.

Chief of Staff Asia's new report into Engagement and Staff Parties has found organisations and HR teams have started to get much more creative in their responses.

Released today, the report is titled The distanced social: How employers are approaching staff events in 2021. It details some of the strategies, technologies, and services that organisations are using to celebrate their staff after what has been another difficult year of home-based and hybrid working.

The report is available for free download for all Chief of Staff Asia subscribers.
