Moving on Up: New HR leaders for Microsoft, TDCX, and more

HR APPOINTMENTS: Take a look at which HR leaders have changed roles in the new year across Southeast Asia:

Annella Heytens (pictured, left) has joined Microsoft Asia as its HR General Manager. She is tasked with ensuring that the company develops a culture that will inspire and attract talent. She is in charge of more than 40,000 employees across the region.

Heytens was previously the Head of People Experience and Technology for Amazon Web Services in the Asia-Pacific (including Japan) region, and has also held leadership positions in Coca-Cola, Cisco Systems, and Willis Towers Watson.

Loke Kean Mun (pictured, right) has joined Genting Plantations as Vice President of HR and Administration. He was formerly General Manger for HR for Top Glove and Head of HR for Tan Chong Motor Assemblies.

He aims to become a best in class HR professional and manager, and is interested in working with well-established and employee-oriented conglomerates that have strong visions and dynamic learning cultures.

Elvira Moey (pictured, left) has become Senior Group HR Business Partner Director for business process outsourcing firm TDCX. She has experience working with not only established corporations but start-ups as well.

She formerly worked for TikTok as Regional HR Business Partner Lead for Malaysia and Singapore, and Senior Manager for People and Culture for Korean e-commerce firm 11Street, while being based in Malaysia.
