HR TECHNOLOGY: HR automation platform Omni HR has raised USD 2.4 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round.
The funding round was co-led by Alpha JWC Ventures and Picus Capital, with participation from FEBE Ventures, Basis Set Ventures, Ratio Ventures, and Frances Kang at Horizons Ventures. A number of angel investors, including former executives at Namely and Ultimate Software, also supported the round.
Omni HR was founded in 2021 by former Goldman Sachs executive Brian Ip and data engineer YC Chan. It aims to become the employee management platform of choice, allowing organisations to digitise employee records, automate administrative tasks, and interact with employee data seamlessly across different systems.
It made a soft launch entry to the market in March 2022, and is now ready to expand across the Southeast Asia region, starting with Singapore and Indonesia.
