HR TECHNOLOGY: CoachHub has announced an expansion into Asia Pacific with a new regional office opening in Singapore.
The company, which offers a web-based platform to connect career coaches and business leaders, is pursuing a global growth strategy while promoting a coaching culture and employee support network.
The global talent development platform is fast-growing, with more than 3,000 certified coaches worldwide, and over 400 local coaches throughout Asia Pacific. CoachHub aims to develop its roster of highly-trained coaches for a strong presence across the region.
Tim MacCartney, Senior Vice President of CoachHub Asia Pacific, said the service had become increasingly vital to HR and leadership development specialists. “With the future of work constantly evolving in the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, coaching has never been more important to train and support employees in order for them to reach their full potential," he said. "In the current age of digital transformation, and with companies focusing more and more on employee wellbeing, at CoachHub we believe that coaching helps individuals to gain their rightful place in their company, developing both personally and professionally through learning a mixture of soft and hard skills.
"We are thrilled to have officially launched here in APAC with our headquarters in Singapore and look forward to working with local companies on upskilling their workforces.”
