SINGAPORE: Over 920 job seekers were all but knocking on the doors to Marina Bay Sands ahead of its first walk-in career fair since the pandemic.
They were all recorded within the first hour of the walk-in event, held on site at the integrated resort over May 30 and 31.
Over 2,000 full time, part-time, and internship opportunities were opened in 15 hiring departments, including Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, Casino Operations, Mall Management, and Security Services.
The two-day job fair enabled job hunters to briefly experience the resort's work culture through booth activities and on-site interviews. It aimed to facilitate the expansion of Marina Bay Sands' current employee numbers in responseto the resumption of global travel, and a concurrent rise in demand for luxury hospitality services.
